When I tested the S1 It was quick to map our downstairs, which has linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, along with carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even cross raised thresholds without any problems. However it had some issues traversing the stairs in one step. The S1 performed well in cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and lifted itself when it was near carpets or carpets.
Prior to each mopping session the docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its dust bin and refills its water tank with clean ozonated filtered water. The dock also provides a deep-cleaning solution to the water. The S1's tank of water holds enough water for about a dozen cleaning sessions before it has to be cleaned, although this will vary depending on how much you use the mop.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. However, their latest flagship model has even more impressive features. It has outstanding cleaning performance and hands-off maintenance which makes it a strong contender for our best robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection and an extended side brush will ensure a thorough, customized clean is accomplished.
The X40 Ultra vacuums well, getting rid of both large and fine debris. It is equally effective on hard floors and carpets.
